Our Approach
An important part of the impact of our ERLA program is the residential component.
Spiritual Transformation (50%).
Being an unashamedly Christian Leadership Academy, ERLA’s program serves to empower our younger generation by demonstrating and instilling a Christ-centered lifestyle. Our main goal is to help students establish a strong, personal relationship with Jesus Christ and to walk in His calling for their lives.
Soft Skills Development (20%).
ERLA empower students to navigate life and work with confidence by developing vital interpersonal and emotional skills. These skills are essential for personal leadership, employment, and community engagement.
Entrepreneurship and Leadership Training (20%).
Our students are empowered with entrepreneurial thinking and practical business skills to become self-sustaining and community contributors. They learn to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and leade with vision and integrity.
Hard Skills (10%).
To prepare our students for employment, further education, or entrepreneurial ventures, we ensure that they are equipped for today’s digital and professional world by teaching them Digital literacy for work readiness.
